Imphal, September 28 2022: P Zidan scored thrice to help Angel FC cruised 4-0 past Loktak FC for the second win as NGYDC-Ngakchoupokpi beat TYDA FA 1-0 for their third win in the ongoing 16th N Balananda Singh Memorial 2nd Division Football League 2022-23 .

Angel FC who drew 0-0 with TYDA FA-Toubul in the opening match and crushed LYVO- Chothe 5-0 in the second game, continued their fine form and took a slender 1-0 first half lead before the eventual 4-0 thrashing of Loktak FC.

It was P Zidan who opened the scoring early in the 7th minute before Ashnikumar doubled the advantage in the 65th minute.

P Zidan then took charge of the onslaught and scored back to back in the 69th and the 73rd minute to help Angel FC complete the 4-0 rout and ended the 3-game unbeaten run of Loktak FC based at Loktak Project.

Later in the day, NGYDC rode on M Boy's goal in the 22nd minute to seal a 1-0 win over TYDA FA and extended their unbeaten run to 4 games having sealed two wins earlier and drawn once with Loktak FC .

YWA-Ningthoukhong will meet GDC-Thinungei in the next match on September 30.The match starts at 1 pm .
