Imphal, November 07 2009:
Zeliangrong Students' Union, Tousem Area (ZSUTA) has objected to the proposal of State Government to set up Manipur Police Training Centre at Jiribam by taking over a portio of Kamranga Khasia village, which is a part of Tousem sub-divisions of Tamenglong district, reports Jiribam correspondent.
District convenor of ZSUTA Ileilung Newme has asserted that not even a inch of land belonging to Tousem would be compromised in this regard.
He also warned of intense agitation, if the controversial proposal is not settled in an amicable manner.
