INC's Dr Manaoton fetes fresh supporters

Imphal, February 11 2022: INC candidate from Naoriya Pakhanglakpa assembly constituency Dr S Manaoton has appealed people of the constituency to entrust him with the responsibility of resolving big issues of Manipur by electing him in the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election.

Addressing gathering at the reception ceremony of 780 people including Coordinating Committee for Naoriya Pakhanglakpa Kendra president Ngangom Manao who joined Congress party on Friday at Malom Tuliyaima, Dr S Manaoton said that joining of former MLA RK Anand to Congress will bring a change in political scenario of Naoriya Pakhanglakpa.

He then urged people of the constituency to entrust him with the responsibility of bringing change not only in Naoriya Pakhanglakpa assembly constituency but also in the state.

Congress has formed pre-poll alliance with Left parties to defeat BJP and its alliance which put more emphasis on propaganda and publicity than bringing development, Dr S Manaoton said and appealed to people have trust in Congress party and its alliance.

Coordinating Committee for Naoriya Pakhanglakpa Kendra president Ngangom Manao said that many people who joined BJP under the leadership of RK Anand have now decided to support Congress to uproot BJP from Naoriya Pakhanglakpa assembly constituency.

The reception ceremony was also attended by former vice president of the committee Sh Biren and women wing vice president Ch Nupimacha.
