Entries for Orange Festival stalls from Nov 30

Imphal, November 29 2022: Submission of application forms for setting up stalls at the upcoming 17th State Level Orange Festival, 2022 will commence from November 30.In a notification, Tousem sub-division SDO Paul Nang-sha informed that a total of 50 stalls will be allotted to the public for running tea stall, cafe, eateries, craft exhibition and other activities permitted by the festival committee.

While informing that application forms may be had from Camp SDO Office, Tousem at Khoupilong, Tamenglong HQ during office hours on all working days, the SDO said selected applicants shall have deposit non-refundable sum of Rs 1000 as fee for the stall.

The stall runners are also cautioned not to sell narcotics and intoxicating items within the premises violation of which will lead to cancellation of the stall permit.

The SDO further informed that last date for collecting the application forms shall be December 10 and stated that the number of stalls will be subject to changes.

The final decision on allocation of stalls and other rules will be the prerogative of the District Level Orange Festival Committee (DLOFC), the SDO maintained and advised all concerned to contact phone number 7085990750 for relevant details.
