Fit India Quiz champ Tazei Public HSS feted

Noney, July 25 2023: Union minister of youth affairs and sports Anurag Singh Thakur on Sunday felicitated 72 school students from across 36 states and UTs including Manipur's winner Tazei Public Higher Secondary School, Noney district on their successes in the second edition of Fit India Quiz, in a function held at Mumbai.

During the programme, state winners Tazei Public Higher Secondary School received Rs 2.5 lakh as prize money with the student team members GL Thaireimei Golmei, daughter of Guilin of Konthoujam and Dinglen Rongmei, son of Dimgong Rongmei of Buanruang Ta-odaijang awarded Rs 25,000 .

They will now compete in the national round of the Fit India Quiz 2022 which will be telecast on Star Sports and Disney Hotstar.
