Noting that the word 'blood brethren' has been frequently used these days by revolutionary parties, civil society organisations, and meira paibees, the UPPK statement asked what would be the consequence if all the Kangleichas happen not to belong to the same blood.

It wondered whether the revolutionaries have to surrender when their camp comes under attack from IRB or police commandos on the pretext that they are blood brethren.

As such, the UPPK took the concept of 'blood brethren' as irrational.

It observed that the Meiteis alone could not bring any revolution in Manipur.

Both the valley people and the hill people should work together in this front.

Saying that it is not the major concern of the revolutionary movement to alter history and map or not, it stated that the UPPK is for conceiving more refined and more progressed human race.

The UPPK attributed multiplication of revolutionary parties in Manipur to rebellion against the established superior parties.

To prevent the existence of multiple parties, a party with more democratic principles, equality and justice should be formed first.

Done that, various parties might join the party instead of forming other parties.

Questioning who is responsible for the existence of various revolutionary parties in the state, the statement observed that there is no qualitative difference between the major and minor revolutionary organisations of the state.

The only difference between them is quantitative.

The characteristics of popular democratic system and unification spirit among some parties are at its bleak.

The politics of most of the parties is below the mark while they mostly emphasis on military affairs.

It reiterated that the failure on the part of the revolutionaries to convince the people that the movement will be a success has reduced the revolutionary movement to a farce and is responsible for the distrust on the movement by the people.

People would not have the slightest hope that there would be more transparency when sovereignty is achieved if not democracy, equality and justice are maintained within the parties now, it noted.

Quoting the maxim of Mao, who said: "The spirit of a soldier is politics, weapon is secondary," the UPPK statement urged all concerned to remember the saying.

The UPPK is committed to identifying and solving the misdeeds of the outfit with the participation of its armed cadres.

It also added that the trouble within the parties and the strain relations with the public need to be rectified.

The outfit also felt it necessary to rectify the relations with civil society organisations and frontal organisations of the state.

It would be proper to collectively identify whether these organisations are beneficial to the revolutionary movement or are they against the revolutionary movement by turning pro-Indian government.

For an instance, some CSO and frontal organisations' activists joined mainstream Indian politics and became MLA/Ministers.

"Political dialogue with Indian Government is possible provided it be without pre-conditions, and it should be with dignity and respect at all times," it stated.

The outfit is committed to launch revolution that is possible to be achieved while adding that it will not launch any impossible revolution with pretentious attitude.

The outfit did not consider any party as revolutionary party which are against/did not tolerate holding of discussion, debate, and criticism.

The UPPK is cherishing the formation of a party cutting across communal divides that integrate the Kukis, Nagas and other minority communities and people from those communities can become a leader of the party.

It cherished a party that keep asides ethnic, tribe and cast discrimination which give more emphasis and attention to the deprived classes.

As an instance, whether be it among the Nagas, Kukis and Meiteis, friendship could not be maintained between the rich and the poor even if they belong to the same clan.

All capitalist classes of the Nagas, Kukis and Meiteis have now shared a common clan while the deprived classes of the communities have formed another class.

Appealing all concerned to discuss, debate, and rectify, the UPPK statement urged all to stop the revolutionary movement if it is going to continue without knowing and expertise like this.

The UPPK and its armed wing the KP Army have conveyed apology to all people of Kanglei (Hill-valley) for all the misdeeds of the revolutionaries during the span of 30 years of revolutionary movement.

The UPPK rededicated itself to work in collaboration with the people on every issue while adding that victory will be achieved the day when the entire people accept the revolution.
