Many continue to extend humanitarian assistance to the people affected by the ongoing conflict in the State.
Peace & Integrity Committee Kyamgei (PICK) today provided essential items to the shelter camps set up in Rice Research Centre, Khangabok and Minority Girls Hostel, Urup.
Speaking to media persons, PICK convener, Ch Meghachandra shared that it is high time for all the CSOs and Meira Paibis to come together with the common goal of "One Voice, One Manipur" to protect the territorial integrity of the State.
"Where has the BJP's mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas gone", asked Meghachanra while expressing disappointment over the inaction of the BJP Government during the present unrest.

He also questioned the motive behind the Central Government turning a blind to all the illicit activities carried out in the State including cultivation of poppy, encroachment in Protected & Reserved Forest Area and unchecked illegal immigration from Myanmar.
The Soibam Leikai Chaokhat Khongthang Nupi Lup has provided food items and drinking water to the village defence volunteers staying at Khoijumantabi and Napat.
The Lup also extended a monetary aid of Rs 5,000 to Sachin @ Kullabi, son of Ningthoujam Nobin, who was injured by a tear gas shell fired by security forces on May 4 last at Checkon.
Meira Paibis of Wangkhei Tokpam Leikai, Wangkhei Thangjam Leikai and Nandeibam Leikai along with the representatives of Juvenile Learner's Club, Wangkhei Tokpam Leikai, today distributed relief materials at Lairen Sajik village under Sekmai AC.
A team of Brahmapur Holi Dal, Brahmapur, Imphal East, led by its president Ph Guneshwar Sharma today provided relief materials and monetary aid to the volunteers and Meira Paibis camping in Khoijumantabi to safeguard the village.
To help the people affected by the present unrest, the Adhivakta Parishad, Manipur has extended relief materials at Kwakta, Sinam Khul and Sanjenlok.
The Salai Mapari Mamomloi, Singjamei Wangma Kongba Road, also took part in distributing relief materials at Sinam Khul and Sanjenlok, said Adhivakta Parishad in a release.
As part of its "Reach Out to Victim-Families of Narco-Terrorism in Manipur" programme, Ningol-Shinnai-Kol (NISHIKOL), a women wing of Kwakeithel Akham Leikai Youth Club, yesterday visited the shelter camp set up at Wangoo Ahallup Mayai Leikai and interacted with the inmates.
NISHIKOL also provided essential items to the inmates staying at the camp, said a release.
Meira Paibis of Keishampat Sega Road, Konjeng Hazari Leikai, also provided relief materials to the village defence volunteers staying at Khoijumantabi, Kadangband and Senjam Chirang.
The Apunba Nupi Marup Thouda Bhabok Leikai has also distributed relief materials at Thanga.
The Ram Lal Paul High School 1984 Matric Batch also distributed relief materials to the village volunteers at Kanglatongbi today.
Meanwhile, Relief Committee Sagoltongba has extended its gratitude and appreciation to the Ghanapriya Women College Alumni Association for providing relief materials to the shelter camp set up at Sagoltongba Recent Hr Sec School, Imphal West, on July 16 .
In a release, the Committee informed that about 180 displaced by the present unrest are currently taking refuge at the shelter camp.
