Help extended to relief camps, Raj Medicity village volunteers

Many continued to extend essential items to relief camps sheltering people displaced due to the ethnic conflict as well as volunteers defending their villages from attacks by Kuki militants.
Peace and Integrity Committee Kyamgei (PICK) provided essential items to relief camps set up at Rice Research Centre, Khangabok and Minority Girls Hostel, Urup while Soibam Leikai Chaokhat Khongthang Nupi Lup distributed edibles to Khoijumantabi relief camp and extended a sum of Rs 5,000 to one Ningthoujam Nitish (Kulabi) of Soibam Leikai Khanglabung who was injured by tear gas.
Meanwhile, Brahma-pur Holi Dal, Imphal East extended monetary aid to village volunteers and meira paibi of Khoijumantabi village under Kumbi A/C, as Adhivakta Parishad Manipur and The Salai Mapa ri Mamomloi, Singjamei Wangma Kongba Khul Road extended relief materials to the conflict affected people at Kwakta, Sinam Khul and Sanjenlok.
On the other-hand, Meetei people of Kanchan-bari, Tripura donated Rs 22,000 to Raj Medicity, North AOC for treatment of those injured in the ongoing violence.
The cash donation was handed over to Raj Medicity chairman Haobijam Rajen by Kanchanbari representative and founder of Active school Aribam Chittaranjan Sharma.
