Kangpokpi DC chairs DLOs meet ahead of 77th Independence Day

Kangpokpi, August 09 2023: Deputy Commissioner, Kangpokpi Mahesh Chaudhari, IAS, chaired a meeting of District Level Officers (DLOs) today at DC Conference Hall, Kangpokpi.

The meeting was convened to discuss the upcoming celebration of the 77th Independence Day, 2023 .

The Deputy Commissioner informed the DLOs that the Independence Day 2023 celebration function will be held at the DC Complex, Kangpokpi Headquarters.

He also assigned duties and responsibilities to the various departments regarding the function.

The DC further informed the officers/representatives of various departments that flags will be distributed in view of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign which will be celebrated under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

The Indian Tricolour will be hoisted at various Government department offices, schools and other institutions in the district from 13 - 15 August, he informed.
