Longmai Baptist Church celebrates Platinum Jubilee

Noney, November 10 2022: The Platinum Jubilee celebration of Longmai Baptist Church (LBC) organised by Longmai Churches Fellowship (LCF) was held today at Longmai-2 Common Ground, Noney District HQ.

The platinum jubilee of LBC will be celebrated from November 9-12, 2022 under the theme, "The Unchanging Grace of God" .

During the event, Rev Mansi Gangmei, general secretary of Rongmei Baptist Churches Council (RBCC) unveiled the Longmai Platinum Jubilee Monolith while Kadilan Kamei, proprietor Santhei Students' Home led the morning devotion service.

Rev Simon Raomai, pastor Mao-Paomei Baptist Church Imphal and Rev Lanchungrei Pamei, former executive secretary RBCC also took part in the event.

The noon session was graced by Guichung Gonmei, chairman Longmai Village Customary Court (Thoupei); Kasaigai Gangm-ei, chairman Longmai Village Authority; Amu Kamei, president RNPO; social worker Gaidon Kamei and Gailung Gangmei, chairman Longmai Bazar Board as presidium members.

Deputy Commissioner Noney, Joseph Pauline and Dr Zianthuilung Kamei, CMO Noney also attended the event as special invitees.

Special songs, dance and presentation of gifts were the main highlights of the event.
