Imphal, September 15 2014:
Sh.Manorama of SAI won the first position award for securing 135 points in the Compound Junior Girl's Individual Olympic Round category of the ongoing 9th Mini & 29th Junior State Archery Boys & Girls Championships 2014 at Khuman Lampak here today.
The Second position in same category was won by P.Baby of SAI for taking 132 points and M.Akham of SAI with 131 points was placed in the third position.
In the Boys' Individual Olympic Round, Sh.
Ramakanta and N.Nelson of SAI won first and second position by securing 145, 141 points respectively while Ch.
Ajay of NSA bagged third position by taking 140 points.
In the Indian Round Sub-Junior Girls' Individual category, Haobam Surjalata of SAI was placed in the first position with 660 points.
.LTomthinganbi of YAC ended in second position with 650 points while Leema Ngangbam of YAC in third position for taking 616 points.
.HSurjalat, N.Sasika, N.Jibanmala and L.Seema of SAI-RC took altogether 1836 points to win the title of girls' team champion while YAC and BCAC teams were put in the second and third spot respectively for securing 1747 and 1662 points respectively.
In the Boys' Individual (30+20) meters event, L.Prasad of BCAC took 686 points to win the first position award.
Surjangamba of VAA and T.Nelson of SAI were respectively placed in the second and third position for taking 666 and 665 points.
Surjangamba Th., Y.Sunil, Ch.
Bharat and N.Venish of VAA won the first position and took home the Boys' Champion award for taking 1963 points while YAC and BCA were respectively placed in the second and third position for taking 1959 and 1956 points.
