MCA team meets Abhishek Dalmiya

A team of Manipur Cricket Association (MCA) met Abhishek Dalmiya, Chairman, New Area Development Committee (NADC) of BCCI at Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) headquarters in Eden Gardens, Kolkata
on Nov 24 .
The MCA team highlighted lack of infrastructure and inadequacy of development plans etc of MCA to Dalmiya.
The NADC reportedly assured to look into the shortcomings and problems faced by MCA after a meeting of the NADC to be held shortly.
The MCA team comprised its vice-presidents Col (Retd) Soram Tekendrajit and Chongtham Chaoba; S Priyananda Singh, honorary secretary; Khundrakpam Bijoy, joint secretary and executive member Kh Basanta Singh, according to a statement.
Sourav Ganguly, president CAB and Technical Chairman, BCCI; Subir Ganguly, honorary joint secretary, CAB and Biswarup Dey, honorary treasurer, CAB also attended the meeting.
Sourav Ganguly also reportedly assured to extend support to any initiative of Dalmiya in developing cricket infrastructures in Manipur.
The MCA team also conducted a tour on the training facilities in Eden Garden Cricket Complex, it said while adding that the visit to Kolkata was a success.
