Imphal, November 27 2015 :
Workers' Union Manipur (WUM) has urged the shopkeepers of temporary market shed of Ima Keithel to maintain cleanliness as they have come across many instances of human excreta lying in front of the shops in and around Ima Keithel early in the morning.
People are inconvenienced due to the foul smell of faeces and urine.
WUM also urged the IMC to open public toilet 24 hours if possible for the people to use at night.
