Imphal, January 21, 2012:
While claiming responsible of the bomb threat to Trinamool Congress candidate Leishangthem Yaima alias Sushildro as a follow-up step of the bans imposed by the front in the ensuing election, the United Revolutionary Front (URF) stated that the front has strengthened its bans over Trinamool Congress and MSCP for their anti-URF acts.
In a press statement signed by its Secretary Information and Publicity AK Pibarel, URF stated that the bomb threat was carried by the front against the act of the candidate who tried to mislead the people on the ban of the front but it was left unexploded just to ensure safety for innocent people.
The same ban will also imposed on MSCP for their misleading act against the front's ban, it added.
