Police asked to file FSL report to Commission

The Judicial inquiry commission into the 2009 jailbreak today asked the Meghalaya police to furnish the detailed FSL report of the pellets recovered from the body of gangster Fullmoon Dhar before its next hearing.
The Superintendent of Police, Jaintia Hills district, was asked to submit the FSL report of the post mortem before the next hearing of the Justice (Rtd) S P Rajkhowa Commission which is probing the jailbreak here.
Justice Rajkhowa have also requested the Forensic Laboratory in Guwahati to cooperate with the police officer in despatching the FSL report to the Commission within a week's time.
Fullmoon Dhar had led an escape from the Shillong District Jail on May 31, 2009 along with seven other under-trial prisoners.
Dhar was shot dead the following day by the police in Jaintia Hills district.
