'No use of being Minister if unable to admit all students' : Okendro

Education Minister M Okendro has categorically observed that it is of no use being a Minister if he is not able to provide admissions to all students in government schools.
Speaking to Hueiyen Lanpao over the phone, Minister Okendro, who is presently in Delhi, said that the problem regarding the shortage of teachers and infrastructures should not be the concern of the school Principals.
All the required staffs and infrastructures will be supplied by the government.
The matters have been discussed with the principals over the phone.
The Minister announced that all those students studying in the three Government Higher Secondary Schools namely, TG, CC and Johnstone Higher Secondary Schools, who got over 80% marks in aggregate will be given stipends, and the matter has been discussed with the Chief Minister.
