The Luwang E Thongkhong Women's Welfare Association, Lamdeng Khunou Mamang Leikai has raised strong objection to the reported plan of the State Government to turn over the play ground of the Lamsang Panna Sannalup.
The area has already been set aside for making play grounds with former Chief Minister W Nipamacha laying foundation stone for a modern play ground there, recalled a release issued by the Association.
