Senapati, June 02 2021:
Maram Battalion Assam Rifles under the aegis of Jwalamukhi Sector/IGAR (E) extended medical care to a victim of snake bite in Senapati.
The Unit's medical team treated the 70 years old woman who was bitten by a snake after she was brought to the Unit Hospital from Laii Khullen village under Paomata Sub-division.
First aid was administered and guidance was given to the patient and her attendants by the medical team while maintaining COVID-19 protocol.
The people of Laii village extended their appreciation and gratitude to the Assam Rifles for the humanitarian assistance at this crucial time of COVID-19 pandemic.
