Imphal, May 07 2015 :
A definite solution has to be found out to save the unity among indigenous people of the State and the cordial relation among different groups of both hill and valley, says Ethno Heritage Council (HERICOUN) .
The statement has came out considering numerous issues among different groups of indigenous people of the State such as Moidangpok issue, Gwaltabi and Thawai villages issue, attack on a religious procession at Pallel, etc.
According to a press release issued by HERICOUN Publicity & Propaganda Secretary, Oinam Brojen Meetei, the State Government has adopted only short term policies.
It states that suppressing and sidelining issues will not solve any problems but will increase the possibility of an irreparable damage on the hill and valley relationship.
