Imphal, October 22 2015:
Tabitha Children Home, Mantripukhri has urged the organisations concerned not to impose any bandh or general strike from October 26 and 29 .
In a statement, the children home informed that a mega health camp for HIV widows, orphans and PLHIVs would be held on the said days at the home.
Eight specialist doctors would medically examine around 150 needy patients coming from different parts of the State.
The home would not only provide to and fro bus fares from district headquarters to Imphal but also bear the expenditures of food, accommodation, consultancy fees, winter clothes and medicines, the statement said.
Saying that nobody is sponsoring the camp, the home sought public co-operation, prayer and moral support.
