AR inaugurates renovated school

Imphal, October 26 2021:
44 Assam Rifles of 22 Sector/IGAR (East) in collaboration with AMGSU Irang Part II undertook repairing and repainting of the Government High School, Pani Kheti.
According to PIB (DW), a total of 200 students are enrolled in the school and the building required repainting, landscaping, arboriculture, cleanliness drive to create a safe and pleasant learning environment.
The need to repair and renovate the school arose as it appeared that the learning infrastructure was failing in adding value in a student's life in these remote areas.
Inspired by the initiative of 44 Assam Rifles, many students and their parents too toiled with jawans.
The spark in their eyes to achieve a milestone in Atma Nirbhar Bharat through community participation kept them motivated.
The renovated school was inaugurated by 44 Assam Rifles commandant on Tuesday and handed over to school authorities.
Speaking on the occasion, the commandant stressed that each child has the right to education imparted in best teaching - learning environment.
The school is a place where children are melded into future leaders.
