Kangpokpi, November 09 2021:
Thadou Students' Association (TSA), Sadar Hills has commended Kangpokpi police for their tireless effort and success in recovering a stolen vehicle.
"It is much beyond our expectation and imagination that SP Kangpokpi Karthik Malladi, IPS, and his men came to the aid of Heljamang, a resident of Keithelmanbi Military Colony, whose vehicle had been robbed by a police officer in one of the NE states cities", TSA said.
It further said that outraged over the incident, the IPS officer, after the victim informed the district police, sent one of his dutiful officers in the person of sub inspector Seigoulen Sitlhou for an inquiry to the place of occurrence far away from their jurisdiction and within 24 hours the robbed vehicle was recovered and handed over to the owner.
Such a challenging task accomplished within a short time is remarkable and a sense of dutifulness is seen on the part of the Kangpokpi police under the supervision of SP Kangpokpi, the association continued.
TSA added, "We are really proud of Kangpokpi police" .
