Lamjingba Group transfers properties to investors

Imphal, April 24 2022:
Following strong pressures from over 15,000 investors, Lamjingba Group's chairman Sanasam Jacky has transferred the rights of all the 15 companies under the group and land holding documents in the name of the company worth around Rs 253 crore to its investors.
Informing this to the media during a press meet held here on Sunday, All Manipur Lamjingba Group Investors Association president Mutum Robindro said that Sanasam Jacky handed over the properties with Supreme Court advocate Debajyoti Behuria as the witness at Leela Palace, Kailash Colony in New Delhi on April 21 .
A Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between Jacky and representatives of the association.
The association will further verify the properties, he said.
The president further informed that the association needs opinions and suggestions from the investors on how to utilise the properties transferred by the chairman of the company.
In order to discuss the matter, the association will hold a joint meeting of investors at City Convention Centre soon, he said.
He also said that over 15,000 investors had invested around Rs 600 crore to the company.
