If policy makers were to imbibe some of the qualities, the society would be in a far better place.
The students' body further said "we should emulate these qualities and not discriminate people based on colour, religion or communal grounds.
The pandemic has been raging on for two years but despite their efforts and sacrifices, there have been instances where nurses were subjected to unwanted discrimination and stigma.
It is the duty of each one of us to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future," it asserted.
"MSF recognises the contributions, hard work and sacrifices of the nurses in such difficult times", it said, while expressing belief that nurses will continue to assist in improving the healthcare sector of the state.
