MTBC gave Rs 20,000 each to the families of the deceased and Rs 5,600 each to the injured.
The aid was distributed through Thadou Inpi Manipur (TIM) and the Thadou Students' Association (TSA), who visited the families to offer prayers and solidarity.
While the case is now with the National Investigation Agency (NIA), the families have expressed forgiveness in line with their faith but seek legal accountability to prevent future tragedies.
MTBC thanked TIM and TSA for their cooperation and urged Churches and the Thadou community to continue praying for peace, healing, and justice in Manipur and other conflicthit regions.
