CM treasures Modi-student camaraderie

Chief minister N Biren on Friday virtually attended the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022, an interaction programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with school students at Sangai Hall of Hotel Imphal.
Altogether, 200 students along with their teachers from six different schools of Imphal East and Imphal West districts attended the event, which was live telecast for students and teachers at various schools in different parts of the state.
Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Biren appreciated PM Modi for his innovative ideas of giving educational awareness to the students, teachers and guardians.
He said the Prime Minister's initiative will help in developing independent thinking in the young minds and is an innovative effort never seep before anywhere else.
The CM also appealed to the young students, parents and teachers to follow the ideas and suggestions shared by the Prime Minister.
During the 5th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha on Friday, PM Modi interacted with school students, parents and teachers in a town hall interactive format at Talk-atora Stadium, New Delhi from 11 an onwards with the programme beamed/ broadcast live on Doordarshan (DD National, DD News, DD India), radio channels, TV channels, digital media including YouTube channels of EduMinofIndia, narendramodi, pmoindia, pibindia, Doordarshan National, MyGovIndia, DDNews, RajyaSabhaTV, Swayam Prabha.
The interaction programme was also attended by Education minister Yumnam Khemchand works minister Konthoujam Govindas, Education (S) commissioner M Harekrishna, Education (S) director & Samagra Shiksha State Project director L Nandakumar and other officials.
