Three New Tusom hunters found dead in jungle

/HNS/, Nov 30: Three hunters of New Tusom, a border village under Jessami police station in Ukhrul, were found dead under mysterious circumstance in a jungle on Sunday.
The three New Tusom villagers were identified as AS Raingam, 36, son of late MV Katawon, Vs Chihanpam, 35, son of Vs Ngathingkhui and Vs Shemreiso, 37, son of Vs Phungnan.
All the deceased were married and survived by their wives and children.
A report reaching here from locals of New Tusom village said that the three persons were found dead today on the old British road at a spot called Shetha, which is located 40-km in jungle from New Tusom and between Chingai and Kuingai village.
On Thursday, the three deceased left for hunting after informing their family that they would return on Friday.
However, as they failed to return, two persons from their village were despatched to the jungle to find out their whereabouts.
A local report said they were found lying on the old British Road with their SBBL guns and baskets lying on the ground.
A team of villagers have been reportedly left for the spot this evening to keep watch on the dead bodies.
Jessami Police have also been informed of the incident by the villagers on hearing the news of the mysterious dead.
However, the circumstances leading to their dead could not be ascertained their the filling of this report.
