Name of Kilonser (minister) of GPRN was found scripted at the bottom of the festival-stone unveiled by three state ministers to mark the opening of the cultural carnival at Lakhamai village in Senapati district organised by the Chilivai Naga Union today.
When the ministers unveiled the curtail which the names of the ministers was also written from the top of the stone in serial, name of SK Peter, Kilonser, trade and commerce, GPRN was found written as chief patrol of the festival.
The name of the Kilonser was found written next to the minister of Tribal Development and Veterinary, DD Thaisii.
Names of the Works Minister, K Ranjit and IFCD minister, N Biren were written above the name of the minister DD Thaisii.
The three ministers unveiled the curtain of the festive-stone organised by the Chilivai Naga Union at Lakhamai in Senapati district.
In the stone names of the persons who extended monetary help to the organizers were written.
In the book of list of donors of the carnival also the name of SK Peter was found written as Chief Patron of the Carnival who donated Rs 1 lakh.
But as his designation was not mentioned in donors list, whether he is the same person written in the stone could not be confirmed.
The ministers came to know the inclusion of GPRN kilonser in the stone only when he talked with his entourage.
The ministers have put strong pressures on the organizers to erase the name of the kilonser.
Later when the minister were informed of erasing the same, ministers convinced reporters taking part in the tour not to mention the same in their reports.
