Tibetan Medicine Clinic offers one month free consultation for all

Men-Tsee-Khang Clinic, Imphal branch specialising in Tibetan Traditional Medicine has started offering free consultation for one month starting from July 16 till August 16, informed PRO and Press Manipur International University (MIU) W Rokychand.
The clinic is located at the premises of the MIU administrative headquarters at Ghari Awang Leikai near HRD Academy, Imphal.
The free consultation initiative is organised keeping in mind the difficulties being faced by the people of Manipur during the ongoing lockdown and is sponsored by MIU.
It may be noted that Men-Tsee-Khang is an exclusive institute re-established by Dalai Lama for the promotion, protection and propagation of Sowa Rigpa (Sowa means to heal, Rigpa means knowledge or science, collectively known as the science of healing) which is a name for ancient Tibetan traditional medicine which is duly recognised as a "System of Medicine" along with Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Sidda and Homeopathy by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India.
Rokychand also said that MIU and Men-Tsee-Khang signed a historic agreement for the establishment of International Medical College and Hospital of Tibetan Medicine in Manipur on February 12 this year.
