Imphal, April 28: The first Manipur Chinzak festival held at GM hall since April 18 concluded today.

The concluding function was organised by MLA Dr Ng Bijoy, Joint Director of Art and Culture K Sobita and ICM Chairperson Kh Borkishore as presidium members.
