Imphal, June 06 2010: Referring to the alleged numerous cases pending against NSCN (IM) leader Th Muivah in Manipur, Senior Advocate of the Gauhati High Court, S Jayanta Singh has asserted that the people of Manipur have every right to know the details of the FIR cases pending against him.

Moreover it is the duty of the Police to arrest a person if an FIR case is pending against him for the security of the State, added the Advocate.
