Md Hassan is drug dealer, claims KCP

Imphal, January 03 2024: While expressing deep sorrow over loss of lives in the firing incident at Lilong Chingjao on January 1, Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) claimed the Md Hassan, son of late Md Habibur, is a drug dealer.

In a press communique, KCP Information & Public Relations deputy secretary M Punsiba Meitei said that Md Hassan has been under its radar for a long time now for his role in narcotics trade.

"Though he dealt mostly in heroin, opium is another major narcotic substance that he deals in.

Apart from his Kuki narco-terrorist partners, who supply him with opium and other drugs, Md Hassan has many narcotics trade partners in West Bengal, where he regularly sends narcotic substances through his paid carriers, who are mostly Muslims from various places of Manipur like Kwakta, Lilong and Sora" .

"For every kilogram of heroin, he reportedly pays around Rs 50,000 .

Some of his carriers were caught in WB and they were left to rot in jail without getting any help from him.

One of his carriers namely Md Jabir from Thoubal Khunou, who was arrested in Kolkata, even lost his life in a Kolkata prison in 2020 after a long imprisonment, during which his 'employer', Md Hassan, did not extend any kind of help to him," it said.

Pointing out that KCP's press communique is to enable the people digest what could have led a highly reputed liberation organisation like the RPF/PLA to come after him (Hassan) KCP continued, "It is also known to many individuals, including our primacy sources that Md Hassan runs a lab somewhere in Lilong area, where opium is chemically processed to obtain what is called 'crude,' which is further processed to produce heroin.

However, having recently seen the video coverage of the massive multi-crore house of his, it makes sense to assume that Md Hassan plaits to use, or already uses, his massive house as a narcotics manufacturing lab.

Otherwise, why would his family of five members have built a fortified complex with a 12-mm iron gate?" .

"Though he is not an industrialist or established businessman, why haven't the numerous law enforcement agencies of the puppet government bothered to investigate his finances till today? More interestingly, why isn't anyone raising the critical question on the source of his massive wealth," it posed.

KCP also questioned, "The firing incident happened around 8:30 pm on the fateful day.

So why didn't the government agencies concerned sealed off the spot, including the residence of the prime subject, Md Hassan.

Why police and other investigating agencies allowed his family and local henchmen to stay inside the house with some even carrying away some suspicious items from inside the house soon after the incident, thus indicating possibility of his family and henchmen erasing/eliminating all forms of evidence of the presence of his narcotics lab inside his massive residence," it alleged.

KCP also wondered why his family and local henchmen have not handed over the DVR of the CCTV network of his residence to the police or the government forensic laboratory.

"What is even more worrying is the fact that some vested interests are now trying hard to drive a wedge between the already 'sensitive' Meetei/Meitei and Pangal communities in the wake of the fatal firing incident," it said.

KCP cautioned those vested interests against further indulging in anything that can create frictions between the two communities failing Which it declared "will not hesitate to take serious action against them, irrespective of which community or religion they belong to".

KCP further proclaimed, "KCP Politburo Standing Committee has decided to permanently exile Md Hassan from the land of Kangleipak (Manipur) from January 10 for his role in narcotics trade, which the Party considers a form of crime against humanity and his close association with Kuki narco-terrorist elements, which are directly involved in the ongoing unholy war against the indigenous people of Kangleipak" .

As such, if Md Hassan is found in any part of Kangleipak after the said date, KCP will take extreme action on the spot in the interest of the people of Kangleipak, it said.
