Churachandpur, July 19 2021:
Yet again, a 55-year old man from Tangnuam village near Churachandpur town, identified as L Ginlianthang s/o (Late) L Zamang, has claimed to have been healed from his chronic illness after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.
The man said that he was paralysed due to stroke for the last 10 years or more and was bed-ridden.
However, after he was vaccinated at Tang-nuam Village JB School during a mass vaccination drive, he is now able to walk.
Ginlianthang further said that after migrating to Churachandpur town from a village under Thanlon Sub Division, he has been living in a rented house in Churachandpur's Bible Hill at Rengkai locality.
He had stroke in 2011 and was treated at Churachandpur district hospital.
Even after he was discharged from the district hospital, his left hand and legs were paralysed.
With the hope of getting well he took 20 doses of neopeptine but to no avail, which led him to have both his limbs massaged.
As a result, Ginlianthang's wife has to look after him by doing whatever she could as a wage earner but much to his surprise, 3 days after getting vaccinated with Covishield, he was able to walk for attending to nature's call alone.
