Yang Raphei Conference, Ukhrul district submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister pleading various demands.
The memorandum urged the CM to identify drought hit households of north Ukhrul bordering Myanmar, which need serious concern as the villagers are totally dependant on agriculture production.
It also requested to set up a primary health sub-centre at Khamasom village which may serve around 15 thousand people of 10 nearby villages.
Maintaining that the existing Government schools are plagued with redundance of teachers, the representation stressed on the need to establish more schools.
The memorandum also drew attention of the Chief Minister to look into the road conditions and power supply in the area.
