Training on Ngakijou rearing held

Kakching, March 13 2022:
The 4th batch of one-day training on Ngakijou (Burmese Loach) rearing cum 'meet the experts' programme was organised by New Age Global Garden at its office at Nongdam village in Imphal East district.
During the programme, Global Garden proprietor Annan Takhellambam trained the farmers on steps that are required for rearing Ngakijou.
Speaking on the occasion, New Age Global Garden managing director Shagolshem Samananda Singh urged the government to take measures for conservation of indigenous fish species like Ngakijou.
