JSCC urges Principals

Joint Students' Co-ordination Committee (JSCC) has said that it will put in effort to keep admission and tuition fees proportionate to expenditiures in private schools.
In a statement, the committee urged the Principals of different private schools to submit detailed accounts of admission and tuition fees and expenditures to JSCC by January 10, 2016 .
It said that the private schools have been charging admission and monthly tuition fees at its whims.
On the other hand, Education Department has been giving recognition to schools without checking the existing infrastructure of the schools, the committee said.
It said that Parents Teachers Associations (PTA) exist only in namesake as they do not monitor all these matters.
It also said that private schools are charging sports fee, medical fee, library fee and computer fee at the time of admission, but these facilities are almost non-existent in most of the schools.
It also said that they will soon arrange a meeting between the private school authorities and parents in the interest of the public.
