BJP launches poll campaign with NaMo wave

Launching its campaign for the Lok Sabha election today, BJP Manipur unit has alleged that Congress is unable to undertake any sort of election campaign.
Addressing an election meeting at Yumnam Leikai today, BJP Manipur unit president Th Chaoba said "Congress would be left behind at two digits" .
The meeting was organised by BJP Singjamei Mandal at the residence of BJP Manipur unit vice-president Y Khemchand.
Speaking at the meeting, Chaoba said no Congress leader is able to speak or campaign against BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Naren-dra Modi who is currently Chief Minister of Gujarat.
BJP Manipur unit has received instructions from the party's Central leaders to start due preparations for the Lok Sabha election in order to topple the incumbent Congress Government and save India.
Claiming that BJP led NDA would form the Government at Delhi after the Lok Sabha election, Chaoba asserted that the incumbent Congress Government would collapse in no time once NDA comes to power at New Delhi.
Saying that he has invited Narendra Modi to address election meetings in Manipur during his recent visit to Delhi, Chaoba said that Modi assured to come to Manipur after January 26 or in the first week of February next year.
During his stay at Imphal, Narendra Modi would address a public rally in one of the hill districts and also a public meeting in the valley.
He would also address a gathering at Manipur University.
In case BJP bags both the Lok Sabha seats of Manipur, one would be certainly inducted as a Union Minister, he asserted.
BJP's national executive council member Sh Shantikumar alleged that Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh is unable to do anything on his own.
While he (Manmohan) is controlled by Sonia Gandhi, he is unable to control his Cabinet Ministers.
Saying that Narendra Modi would form an NDA Government at the Centre after the Lok Sabha elections, Shantikumar called upon the gathering to elect BJP candidates from the two parliamentary constituencies of Manipur.
The meeting was also attended by ex-MLA S Biramani, L Sarat and Haobam Bhuban.
