Imphal, December 01 2013 :
The Prime Ministerial candidate of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) Narendra Modi would visit the State in the first week of February next year to campaign for the coming Lok Sabha polls, President of BJP Manipur Pradesh Thounaojam Chaoba said during a political conference organized by BJP Singjamei Mandal at Yumnam Leikai here today.
Chaoba further said that the growing popularity of Narendra Modi has caused renzy among the Congress leaders.
Several baseless allegations are cast upon him by the Congress Party with the sole motive of derailing his mission to the Prime Minister's office.
However, the Congress Party could do nothing to stop the people from voting in favour of BJP and make Narendra Mode the Prime Minister.
The scam masters of Congress-led UPA would ultimately fall apart in the coming Lok Sabha Election.
People's trust and confidence would surely lead to BJP's victory at the Centre in 2014, he averred.
The State President further stated that Narendra Modi has decided to visit Manipur in February next year despite his tight schedules.
He would also address the students at Manipur University during his visit to the State, he added.
Ex-President of BJP Manipur Pradesh Sh Shantikumar Sharma said that the downfall of UPA Government would be brought by the puppet-like attitude of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are actually running the Government in the guise of Manmohan.
The highhanded attitude of Rahul Gandhi terming a legislation passed by the Centre as a "complete non-sense" shows the weakness of Prime Minister and lack of integrity within the Congress Party.
The BJP under the leadership of Narendra Modi would surely form the Government at the Centre in 2014, he asserted.
