Pourabi meet backs Ronen Singh as poll candidate

A public meeting held on Friday morning at the residence of Pourabi Yaipha Naharol Kanglup (PYNK) president Keithellakpam Ronen Singh has resolved to field the host as a candidate from Khundrakpam assembly constituency in the upcoming 2022 state assembly election.
The meeting chaired by local elder K Sanayaima in the presence of PDC Pour-abi ex-president Konsam Achou, retired forest ranger Wahengbam Ibohanbi, retired manager of Manipur Industrial Development Corporation Wahengbam Sanahanba and retired Subedar Major Konthoujam Kalachand, apart from members of Covid 19 Joint Task Force, Pourabi decided to work for the success of Ronen in the election.
Speakers at the meeting reminded the gathering that Ronen completed master's degree in geography from Meerut University and established a construction company of his own.
He became a successful entrepreneur and was even awarded by the Government of India and Benchmark Trust of India, New Delhi.
Most of the speakers also said the right time has arrived to field Ronen Singh as a candidate in the next election and to support him.
BJP Khundrakpam secretary Nandeibam Nilamani took active role in making the meeting a success.
