The Peoples' Democratic Alliance (PDA) and the Movement for Tribal Peoples' Rights, Manipur (MTPRM) have sent out its warmest greetings to all the media houses in Manipur and to the general public of the State and wishes that the coming 2010 is a year of prosperity and peace for the state of Manipur.
PDA general secretary Gaidon Kamei wishes on behalf of his party, 'let the coming 2010 be the year for the people of Manipur to retrospect and walk in the path of reason,' while MTPRM chief Poujeng Kamei and its general secretary Thangkam said that though the past year 2009 has been a boating-in-a-rough-sea for the people of Manipur but pray that let better sense rules in the leaders who matter in running the State.
Both PDA and MTPRM in separate statements have appealed to the people of the State to do away all the vested motives and to step into the new year with new hope so that prosperity and peace prevail in the State of Manipur.
