DESAM pulls up two youths

Democratic Students Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has today pulled up two youths, who were involved in ransacking the office of Biramangol College Student's Union on February 15 night.
In a press conference, DESAM general secretary Premchandra said that one of the youths is a former student while another is a 4th semester student of the college.
Premchandra further said after DESAM issued a condemnation note, the student's body has been investigating the incident.
During the course of the investigation, it was found that former student Soram Akash (21) s/o S Sanajaoba of Sawombung Thongkhong and 4th semester student Samurailatpam Lother Singh (21) s/o S Sanayaima of the same locality were involved in the incident.
The duo also have revealed the names of other youths, who were also involved in the case as Sagolsem Jameson s/o Sh Brojen, Chungkham Rambo s/o Ch Gandhi, Khundrakpam Aboy s/o Norton, Kangujam Langamba, Khundrakpam Mangalsana s/o Kh Temton and Gola, all from Sawombung Thongkhong.
He asked these youths to come at DESAM office to settle the issue within three days.
Premchandra urged the police and college authority to take action against these youths.
