10 admitted with suspected food poisoning

A total of 10 members of a family were admitted to Moreh Hospital at around 1.30 am today with suspected food poisoning.
Out of the 14 family members of one Lhangnom Veng from Moreh ward no 9, ten members complaint of feeling vomitting sense and dizziness after they consumed Tea, Coca Cola, Mazza, Sprite etc, yesterday after having a grand feast in the village yesterday, said Moreh Police and concerned doctor of Moreh Hospital.
Dr Mosilpha Maring, who attended the patients, said that all the 10 people admitted in the hospital at around 1.30 am today with the complaint of having vomitting sense and dizziness.
On further questioning to know the exact cause of the symptoms, they said that after having meal in a grand feast organized in the village, they were drinking Coca Cola, Mazza, Sprite and Tea and thereafter they felt bout of vomitting and dizziness, added Dr Mosilpha Maring.
They were given treatment and are now stable, however, their symptoms is not the case of food poisoning but something else, informed the doctor.
