NSCN (K-YA) claims Senapati bomb attack

Senapati, October 03 2022: The Government of People's Republic of Nagaland-NSCN (K-YA) has claimed responsibility for the bomb attack at the office of Chief Medical Officer, Senapati on September 30 evening.

Regarding the attack, a statement of NSCN (K-YA) issued by Shepoumaramth Region publicity secretary Kelvin Vemai said the outfit had been maintaining patience and ample time was given for peaceful deliberation and dialogue pertaining to the issue that led to the inevitable event.

However, the outfit will not tolerate any act of gross negligence and any individual, department or village challenging the outfit will be severely dealt as deemed fit, the statement said, while reiterating that NSCN (K-YA) had hot done any wrong or injustice to public or department in the past and would not do in future too.

While stating that every act was calculated, the outfit maintained that the public need not fear or panic as no harm will be caused to innocent public and the Shepoumaramth region of NSCN (K-YA) will continue to work for the causes of Nagas.

The outfit also thanked everyone who has been ceaselessly extending their support to sovereign causes of Nagas but warned that wrong doers will be punished as deemed fit by the outfit.
