Band disrupts NH102; police team clear the route

Imphal, October 28 2017:
Bandh called by family and relatives of a accident victim along Imphal Moreh road today disrupted vehicular movement in the morning today.
A team of state police under the supervision of Kakching SP and Tengnoupal SP today clear Imphal Moreh road by driving out bandh supporters near Pallel.

Early today morning some people came out on the road and stopped all sort of vehicular movement in protest against government failure to deliver justice to the accident victim late Nungchim Angsha (33) S/o (L) N.Ningshen Moyon.
Nungchim Angsha succumbed to his injury on September 24 this year in a road accident at Kanemram Gate along NH-102 near Pallel.
The deceased was riding a motor cycle at the time when he was hit by a bus.
The family and relatives of the accident victim has been demanding adequate compensation from the owner of the bus.
