People living with HIV/AIDS are facing problems in getting medical treatment and ART facilities, observed L Dipak, president of the MNP+ today, stressing the need of a government policy to keep a group doctors expert in the field.
Speaking at an interaction session of the PLHIV community and media persons held at the office of the MNP+, Yaiskul Hiruhanba Leikai, Dipak said that 20 years back the case of infection by Hepatitis-C was a rare occasion but in the last 10 years, the cases of infection by the disease has been on the raise.
