Imphal, July 08 2013:
President of KCP-MC (Lallumba group) Hitendra alias Lallumba has fled from the group's designated camp after swindling around Rs 1.92 crore.
KCP-MC (Lallumba group) has already signed a tripartite agreement with the State Government and the Government of India and preparations are being made for a tripartite dialogue.
Speaking to media persons this afternoon here, the outfit's general secretary Wahengbam Ramananda alias Rosso said that Lallumba has been expelled from the party for good.
According to Rosso, Kshetrimayum Hitendra alias Kritibash alias Lallumba (41) fled from the designated camp together with his family on June 9 .
Out of the amount given by the Government for rehabilitation of party cadres, Lallumba withdrew Rs 1,92,68,800 in cahoots with a UBI bank official.
In addition, the bank is unable to show the bank balance of Rs 37,34,000 which should be in the joint account of the party's 10-member politburo (at the rate of Rs five lakhs per member), bank account of 104 cadres (at the rate of Rs 30,000) and bank account of other 119 cadres, said Rosso.

Bank accounts were opened in the names of officers and cadres separately.
Fixed deposit accounts and savings deposit accounts should be opened separately out of the one time payment given by the Government for their rehabilitation.
Money deposited in the name of one politburo member and 69 cadres has been withdrawn by Lallumba.
Money from other accounts were also withdrawn and the account holders were given a small fraction of their money.
In view of such deceitful and treacherous conduct of Lallumba, politburo members, officers and cadres of the party have collectively decided to expel Lallumba permanently.
Party letterheads issued in the name of Lallumba would not be valid anymore.
Even if he pays back the amount he swindled, he would not admitted to the party again, Rosso said.
Rosso further asked the party's three cadres who went away with Lallumba as his bodyguards to come back to the party at the earliest.
In connection with the fraud committed by Lallumba, a report has been submitted to the Principal Secretary (Home) .
Similar reports would also be submitted to the chairman of the joint monitoring group set up in line with the tripartite agreement, GOC 57th Mountain Division, IGP CRPF GC and the BSF DIG.
Notably, KCP-MC (Lallumba group) singed a tripartite agreement with the State and Union Governments at 1st MR Banquet Hall on August 6, 2010 .
Party cadres and officers are currently accommodated in Khabeisoi 7th MR complex as their temporary designated camp.
