LTT decries false allegation of UTLA, warns its chief to avoid claiming such allegation

The Liberation Tiger of Tribal (LTT), a non-SoO Kuki militant group strongly decried the alleged false allegation made byUnited Tribal Liberation Army (UTLA), an armed wing of Kuki National Organisation, against LTT, and warned its chief to eschew from such false allegation in future.
The United Tribal Liberation Army had earlier openly condemned in some local dailies the alleged frequent brutal acts of abducting the workers of Coastal Railway Company stationed in and around Jiri-Phaitol area allegedly by LTT and some unidentified group.
J Baite, Information & Publicity Secretary of LTT said that the allegation of UTLA against LTT through condemnation over the alleged frequent brutal acts of abducting the workers of Coastal Railway Company stationed in and around Jiri- Phaitol by LTT is nothing but to safe its own tarnish image.
He said that UTLA false allegation and condemnation over the abduction was unacceptable and it only exhibits the weakness of the organization in ascertaining the facts and figures.
The outfit Information and Publicity Secretary clarified that LTT never involved in any abduction of workers of Coastal Railway Company for ransom but some workers had been summoned for questioning in connection with the murder of Lienkhothang Tonsing, Executive Engineer (Construction) of NF Railway few years back.
He continued that the deceased Executive Engineer was murdered by some unidenfitied miscreants and his death was not accidental while nobody even attempted to enquire about his death not even the concerned authority and civil bodies.
He asked the UTLA chief as to why he made such blatant allegation against LTT when even his organization does not dare to enquire the death of such a promising officer in a very controversial manner.
He alleged that UTLA president, Seipu was involved in the kidnapping of company worker on September 30, 2018 while Chungkhokai, an active member of UTLA, who is also the PRO of UTLA, was apprehended with arms for involvement in kidnapping and abduction case which the UTLA cannot denied.
While UTLA has been actively engaged in such brutal act of kidnapping and abduction for ransom in the area, it is a matter of mockery and humiliation for the organization to have such a blatant false allegation over other organization only to safe its already tarnish image, he added.
He further said that LTT follow the principle of love, justice and peace while attempting to abolish factional killing, the rule of killing one another within the tribal communities and made sacrifices to protect our people from other hostile group or force.
He also said that LTT will not leave any stones unturned to take revenge against the brutal murder of the Executive Engineer and for the tribal communities as well in case such untoward incident occurred upon them.
It will be a wise step for the UTLA chief to refrain from such false allegation in future and stop tarnishing the image of LTT organization or else strict action will be taken, he added.
