IPAK team inspects JNIMS

A team of Indigenous People's Association of Kangleipak (IPAK) led by its chairman Sapam Jadumani visited different departments of JNIMS for inspection yesterday at 7.30 pm.
During the inspection, a patient admitted in gynaecology ward complained about the lack of facilities to IPAK members and the team found for themselves the lack of drinking water facilities for the patients and patients party.
The team also found most of the bedded wards toilet, bathroom in very bad condition.
On opening of register of emergency laboratory in-charge and patient records, the team found no tests were conducted.
The team also found out that free internal medicine supply from some department were provided while some were not.
The IPAK team will further pay a surprise visit and urged the doctors to work efficiently and diligently, a statement issued by the general secretary (org) of IPAK said.
