Imphal, May 02 2023: A showroom of PURE EV was inaugurated today at Mantripukhri by Wabagai AC MLA Usham Deben Singh.

During the function hosted by RAYYAN Group, products of PURE EV such as E-Tryst 350, Ecodryft, Epluto -7G and Etrance NEO were also unveiled apart from showcasing several accessories.

At the event, Usham Deben said that e-vehicle is comparatively more budget and eco-friendly.

Saying that the Government has already formulated a policy to scrap vehicles which are more than 15 years old to combat air pollution, the MLA said that the Manipur Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has a plan to monitor the operation of diesel passenger auto rickshaws and to replace them with e-vehicles.

Managing Director of RAYYAN Group and PURE-EV Masood Maibam said that the group opened its first showroom of e-rickshaw in 2017 .

Saying that they are selling four models of bikes and scooties in their showroom at Mantripukhri, he added that the group will also open another showroom of four wheeler vehicles (electric) .

Lilong Haoreibi College Principal Dr Raheijuddin Sheikh and Associate Professor Dr Abdul Latif of Liberal College also attended the programme among others.
