12 more test positive, 948 vaccinated

Imphal, April 07 2021:
While as many as 948 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 yesterday, 12 persons tested positive in the last 24 hours, said Government COVID-19 Common Control Room.
The number of people vaccinated against the disease so far is 89,590, which include 31,744 healthcare workers.
The total number of Covid positive cases has touched 29,447 and the number of active cases is 75 .
With zero death reported in the last 24 hours, the death toll due to Covid remains at 374 .
None recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours and as such the total number of recovered cases remains at 28,998 .
The revery rate stands at 98.47 percent.
Meanwhile, the 12 fresh Covid cases were detected at testing facilities opened at RIMS (6), JNIMS (2), Babina Diagnostics (2), Shija Hospital (1) and RD Wing (1) .
The 12 persons include seven civilians and five personnel of the Central Armed Police Force.
The 7 civilians hail from Imphal West (2), Thoubal (2), Imphal East (1), Ukhrul (1) and Churachandpur (1) .
The cumulative number of Covid positive cases is 29,447 including 25,996 civilians and 3,451 Central security personnel.
The cumulative number of recovered cases is 28,998 including 25,561 civilians and 3,437 Central security personnel.
The number of active cases is 75 including 65 civilians and 10 Central security personnel.
On the other hand, the COVID-19 Common Control Room has informed some of the air passengers who arrived here on April 5 and April 2 via Indigo Flight 6E-6358 to immediately report to the control room or their respective District Surveillance Officers (DSOs) .
April 5 passengers of the Indigo flight 6E-6358 (Kolkata to Imphal) who should report include those seated on rows 4 to 10 and 12 to 18 .
April 2 passengers of the same flight who should report include those seated on rows 1 to 6 .
